The best casting processes and products are provided from the correct use of science and an adequate employment of technology, executed under the art of casting.
While the principles of metal smelting are ancestral, in FA Foundry we lead in technology, foundry processes and environmental care.
Our equipment allows us to manufacture up to 56 daily tons, for pieces from 220 up to 2500 lbs, with the appropriate capacity to machine them.
OUR FOUNDRY EQUIPMENT
- Three induction furnaces with a fusion capacity of 1200 monthly tons
- Kloster semi-automated line
- Fabrication of cores with cold boxes using automated equipment Laempe with a 40-liter capacity
- Sand reclamation Thermic and mechanic
- Shotblasting machines: Continuous Monorail and a 8’ double table

Kanoff, our partner company, disposes of latest generation equipment to meet with the most rigorous standards in the industry.
We focus on pieces similar in size to the casting of FA Foundry

- 2 vertical machining centers (CNC)

- 1 horizontal boring machine
Asimismo, la verificación del producto lo llevamos a cabo a través de un equipo de medición CMM (Cordinate Measuring Machine).
